Buffet Crampon USA Makes Staffing Changes
Buffet Crampon USA (BCUSA), the North American distributor of Buffet Crampon Group, has announced a series of staffing changes and additions to its team.
Effective immediately, Monique Collins has been promoted to the position of financial controller of Buffet Crampon USA. Collins has been with BCUSA since 2007 serving as credit and collections specialist and will replace Steve Miller, who will retire after 16-plus years in this position. Collins has prior experience with Bank of America, Aetna Insurance, Wells Fargo and MPS Group. When asked about her role at BCUSA, Collins said: “What I have enjoyed most about working at BCUSA is developing relationships with our dealers. That is what I look forward to in my new role.”
Following this change, Ami Seaton has been promoted to the credit and collections specialist. Seaton has been the accounts payable specialist with BCUSA since 2008. And, to complete the new BCUSA finance team, Marivel Lavoy Miguel has accepted the new position of purchasing specialist/accounting Clerk. Lavoy Miguel has been with BCUSA since 2015 serving as customer service/sales and marketing assistant.
“I am excited to have Monique lead the BCUSA finance team, and I am certain that she will be very successful in bringing the finance department even closer to our valued dealers,” said Francois Kloc, Buffet Crampon USA president and CEO. “Congratulations as well to Ami and Marivel who will be instrumental in Monique’s success.”
BCUSA has also announced the addition of Rory Mazzela to the sales team as West Coast division manager. Mazzela joins BCUSA after 20-plus years in the music industry with experience as a product specialist and in artist relations. He is also a Los Angeles-based multi-instrumentalist specializing in woodwinds and has been a regular performer on-screen and in the studio for popular television shows. Mazzela’s territory will include the following states: California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, Alaska and Hawaii.
Finally, Alex Marino has joined the Buffet Crampon USA team as brass product assistant/inside sales and will be based at BCUSA headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida. Prior to joining BCUSA, Marino served as the store manager for one of the largest instrument rental music store affiliates in the U.S., where he supervised instrument quality control, inventory management and general sales. Marino has accumulated expertise and industry-specific knowledge regarding band-and-orchestra products — ranging from school and student needs to professional setups. Marino will serve Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah and New Mexico.
“It is a real pleasure to have Rory joint our sales team,” Kloc said. “I have known Rory for many years and am looking forward seeing him bring the West Coast territory to another level for BCUSA. I would also like to welcome Alex to Jacksonville, and I am looking forward seeing him grow and join the BCUSA Jax team.”
