RAD Distribution Announces Global Partnership with BABICZ

RAD Distribution announced a full-scale, exclusive partnership with Babicz Full Contact Hardware (FCH), adding the guitar and bass hardware maker to its growing roster of distributed brands. The partnership’s goal is to expand Babicz FCH’s guitar hardware OEM presence, increase access and availability as an aftermarket choice, and provide faster service and support for customers worldwide.

RAD Distribution is founded and operated by 40-year music industry veteran Jon Haber. Haber has built RAD into one of North America’s leading distributors of professional audio studio/recording gear, with more on the horizon.

Babicz’s early roots trace back to the ’80s and ’90s, when co-founders Jeff Carano and Jeff Babicz formed a working partnership as executive managers for guitar and bass innovator Ned Steinberger. The pair founded Babicz Guitars in 2003 and built a strong reputation for innovation. In 2008, the company unveiled its game-changing Full Contact Hardware system featuring Babicz-patented eCAM saddles. Since 2010, BABICZ FCH has expanded its catalog of precision hardware for virtually every high-end guitar and bass on the market.

Today, Babicz FCH serves as an OEM hardware source for select Fender and Tobias (by Gibson) basses, Harley Benton’s flagship Fusion-series guitars and other leading brands. Most recently, Babicz partnered with Gotoh to launch the FCH510G, pairing the eCAM saddle with Gotoh’s flagship 510 dual-fulcrum.
