Music Inc. Launches ‘MI 5 Under 45’ Young Leadership Program

Music Inc. magazine has announced the launch of the MI 5 Under 45, a young leadership awards program for the MI industry.

Designed to celebrate rising leaders 45 and under who are making a significant impact in the MI industry, this program will recognize innovation, leadership and excellence. Applicants will be voted on by an independent panel of MI industry veterans. The five recipients of the inaugural class will be featured in the July 2025 issue of Music Inc., which will be released ahead of NAMM NeXT.

Applications are open to any member of the MI industry under 45 years of age (as of May 1) who has been working in MI for at least three years.
