Korg USA Adds 2 New Directors, Product Specialists
Korg USA recently announced four new appointments, including the promotion of Morgan Walker to director of marketing communications and the promotion of Brian Piccolo to director of brand management.
Walker joined the company in 2014 and served as the senior marketing communications and events manager. Her experience at Korg USA has included the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, content creation and global marketing direction for the company’s brand portfolio. Walker has been instrumental in the planning and execution of events for the company, most notably at The NAMM Shows. With her new promotion to director of marketing communications, Walker formally joins Korg USA’s executive management team.
Piccolo also officially joins the executive management team with his new position as director of brand management after previously managing Korg USA’s guitar brands. As he approaches his 10-year anniversary at the company, Piccolo is now tasked with overseeing the strategic growth as well as the product development plan and execution for the entire Korg USA brand portfolio.
In addition to Walker and Piccolo’s promotions, Korg USA has also announced the hiring of two product specialists: Luciano Minetti and Kenny Echizen.
Luciano Minetti joins Korg USA as a product specialist in the home and digital piano, arranger and workstation categories. He arrives from Apple in Nanuet, New York, where he served as lead, business development. He is also the founder of Minetti Custom Keyboards.
Echizen officially joins Korg USA as product specialist in guitar brands after working with the company over the past few months and appearing in several Vox and Blackstar videos. Previous to that, Echizen was a product specialist for Taylor Guitars and Xotic Guitars and Effects.
