Guitar Center Brings Back ‘Big Bang’ Drum Event

Guitar Center has announced the return of its annual “Big Bang” drum event, running now until Aug. 20. The event delivers two weeks of exclusive gear, new releases, and savings on drums and percussion. The nationwide promotion includes special pricing on both acoustic and electronic kits, limited-edition snare drums, and 48-month promotional financing on select models. Drummers can also try out featured gear in person with in-store demos and connect with expert Gear Advisers for tailored recommendations.
This year’s event features exclusive releases from brands like Ludwig, Gretsch, Tama and Pearl, each designed in close collaboration with Guitar Center. Highlights include a hammered copper Ludwig Supraphonic snare, a white mosaic Classic Maple snare with gold hardware, a revamped Pearl M80 with a larger shell, and the new Pearl GPXS steel snare for added cut and clarity. Also featured are two striking shell packs: the White Satin Flame Gretsch Catalina Club and the Coastal Drift Tama Superstar Classic seven-piece kit.
In addition to these limited-run models, Big Bang offers deals across the entire drumming category, cymbals, pedals, hardware and more, available in stores and online. Shoppers can also take advantage of the new in-store Rig Advisor AI tool to compare and select the ideal setup.
