EMD Music Names New Regional Manager

Following the recent retirement of longtime employee Bert Wall, EMD has appointed Chris Bell to the position of regional manager for Texas, Arizona and New Mexico.

Bell has worked in the MI industry for his entire career, managing several branches of Jent’s House of Music, his family’s retail store. After the sale of the business, he worked as an educational sales rep for Music & Arts.

“I am delighted to bring Chris on board,” said Tony Graham, EMD’s national sales manager. “He has extensive music retail sales experience from the shop floor [to] purchasing, management and [the] educational side together with an infectious personality that fits in well with our team. Chris really understands what the retailer wants and needs. I am sure Chris will continue to build on the good work, service and relationships that Bert has established over the years and take EMD to the next level within the territory.”
