dBTechnologies USA Strengthens Northeast Presence

DBTechnologies USA has appointed Richard Dean Associates (RDA) as its manufacturers’ representative for the six New England states and Upstate New York. The partnership expands the company’s sales and technical presence across the region while providing dealers, integrators, rental companies, consultants and end users with direct access to an experienced local team.
Today, RDA is an eight-person organization, with six team members based in Massachusetts and two located in Upstate New York. Half of the company’s team has been with RDA for more than 20 years, bringing continuity and knowledge of the region’s dealers, consultants, production companies and end-user communities.
“What stood out to us about RDA is how the company has continued to evolve while retaining the market knowledge that comes from five decades in the region,” said Matthew Whitman, national sales manager for dBTechnologies USA. “Their investment in the RDA Tech Lab, product demonstrations and training — and their ability to support customers from the earliest design conversations through commissioning — gives us a strong platform for developing dBTechnologies across New England and Upstate New York.”
RDA recently moved into a larger office, showroom and product demonstration facility in the waterfront area of Newburyport, Massachusetts. The facility includes the RDA Tech Lab, where customers can experience products firsthand, participate in software and product training, and attend multi-manufacturer technical events. It also supports remote demonstrations for customers unable to attend in person.
