Tycoon Expands U.S. Operations

Tycoon Percussion has relocated and expanded its U.S. base of operations as of July 1. The company’s new facility is located at 1344 Parkside Pl., in Ontario, Calif., and features additional office space for management, sales, marketing and artist relations. It also includes a fully-stocked showroom and a large, state-of-the-art warehouse.

According the Stephen Yu, founder and president of Tycoon Percussion, the move marks the next step in Tycoon’s efforts to manage its growth in the United States and around the world.

“I had a very clear purpose in establishing our presence in the United States,” Yu said. “This was a vital part of our plan to propel the company towards becoming an elite hand percussion brand — a goal I believe we are well on the way to achieving.”

Tycoon is currently organizing a special grand-opening celebration and reception for artists, dealers and the media at the new U.S. headquarters. It will take place during The NAMM Show in January 2011.
