Solar Guitars has expanded its new Chop Shop production of guitars finished and assembled at its main facility in Spain. The third release, the Desert Rose, features guitars which have bodies that are completely burned, fully charred then sandblasted. The headstock is then torched, and the logo is applied with actual fire heated brand stamp. After the burning and sanding phases, poly sealer coats are applied. Once dry, assembly commences with the roasted maple three-piece neck fitted with Solar locking tuners, Floyd Rose installation, custom pickups, and electronics wiring and copper shielding.
