The new master-designed Fender Violinmaster Telecaster guitar is the latest custom-built piece designed by Fender Custom Shop Principal Master Builder Yuriy Shishkov. Based on the Huberman Stradivarius violin of renowned violinist Joshua Bell, Shishkov’s Violinmaster translates one of the most highly-coveted violins into a guitar format. Utilizing the same Italian Stradivari spruce that make up the violins, the guitar features several distinct design elements, including a hollow-carved arch top and back, a patent-pending floating bridge with interchangeable saddles, a combination piezo and electronic pickups to allow for a wide range of tonal options.
