FULL COMPASS I PHILANTHROPY
F.C. Donates $13K To B&G Club

The Boys & Girls Club of Dane County received a $13,000 check from Full Compass during the organization’s Building Winners Luncheon on April 3. The Middleton, Wis.-based retailer had raised the money at its annual golf outing.

Susan Lipp, president of Full Compass, served as the chairperson for the luncheon, which was held at the Allied Family Center in Madison. Company employees also played in a band to entertain the crowd. Additionally, Full Compass provided cartage for all the chairs, tables and equipment.

According to a statement from the retailer, nearly 100 percent of its employees contribute to one or more company sponsored charities. Several also assist with the planning and implementation of fundraising events throughout the year.

New Talent
Full Compass also recently appointed Roxanne Wenzel as its new director of sales and Cristin Livezey as its corporate controller. Wenzel joined the company in early March and earned an MBA from the University of Wisconsin. She previously started her own real estate rental business and held high-level positions with Cascade Asset Management and Scotty Ernst Productions.

Livezey will improve financial processes, streamline systems integration and reduce overall costs. She began her career in electrical engineering with Kraft Foods. Livezey earned an MBA from Loyola University in Chicago and transitioned to working as a financial consultant for Salomon Smith Barney.
